Cutting and vacuuming whole carcasses will be subject to room and availability. It will be a on a first come first serve basis. When bringing an animal carcass it must be clean, dressed, and skinned. No exceptions. Ring the bell at the back door and we can help. Several options are avaialble depending on the size of animal, but basic cutting is 100% boneless.
Available cuts: steaks, chops, shoulder roasts (or a hip roast if preferred) and hamburger in 1 ½ - 2 lbs balls. Everything is boneless and vacuum packed.
For those who bring in their own burger or boneless meat, if it’s fresh no problem, if frozen keep it frozen and we will thaw it for you and then we can process it.
